目的了解市售食品中亚硫酸盐的残留量情况,以加强对亚硫酸盐的使用管理并为日常检测提出合理建议。方法采用GB/T 5009.34-2003盐酸副玫瑰胺苯法检测并对2005~2008年数据百行分析。结果120份样品中符合国家卫生标准规定的85份,超标35份。结论市售干果中亚硫酸盐残留量存在高检出率和低合格率。
Objective To understand the residual amount of sulfite in commercial foodstuffs, so as to strengthen the management of the use of sulfite and make reasonable suggestions for routine testing. Methods The GB / T 5009.34-2003 paracetamol hydrochloride method was used to detect and analyze the data from 2005 to 2008. Results Among the 120 samples, 85 were in compliance with the national health standards and exceeded 35 in excess. Conclusion There is a high detection rate and a low pass rate of sulfite residues in commercially available dried fruits.
