结合我国新的热膨胀测量标准的制定与实施,通过实例详细论述、比较了目前国际上现代热膨胀检测仪通常采用的4种校准方法,指出比率校正法与标样校正法均具有使用方便、较为准确的优点;传统的载体校正法已不适用。借助与ASTME228-95相应的估算公式,测得现代位移传感器的测量不确定度约70nm。基于对蓝宝石、铂的检测结果,验证了热膨胀检测精度可达4%的结论。
In combination with the formulation and implementation of the new measurement standard of thermal expansion in our country, four kinds of calibration methods commonly used by modern thermal expansion detector in the world are compared and discussed in detail by examples. It is pointed out that both the rate correction method and the standard calibration method are easy to use and more accurate The advantages of traditional carrier correction method is not applicable. With the corresponding estimation formula of ASTME228-95, the measurement uncertainty of the modern displacement sensor is measured to be about 70nm. Based on the test results of sapphire and platinum, the conclusion that thermal expansion detection accuracy can reach 4% can be verified.
