From 1973 to 2006, interspecific hybridization, backcrossing and repeated crosses were carried out on cold hardy germplasm resources (varieties and lines) of northeastern mountain grape in China and those of European and Asian grape cultivars not resistant to cold. Co-planting 42 combinations of hybrid seedlings, planting 7680 survival. A total of 3747 resistant strains (2 ~ 3 grade) were isolated from F1 ~ F4 hybrids of 7680 hybrid seedlings from 42 combinations, 48.7% of the total number of hybrid seedlings were observed. Among them, 2303 strains were resistant to disease and resistant to disease, accounting for 69.3% of the total, respectively, which were higher than that of resistant disease × non-resistant disease, moderately susceptible disease × moderately-senile disease, moderately-senile disease × highly-susceptible and highly-susceptible 23.2, 29.2, 45.3 and 54.8 percentage points of the combination of the disease x high susceptible. The genetic rule is that F1 ~ F4 segregation of resistance to downy mildew in F1 hybrids between F1 and F2 hybrids was observed in continuous distribution and tended to be the parents of disease-resistant parents. The disease resistance of offspring population was mainly determined by disease resistance of parents, The more disease-resistant individuals isolated, the more inherited the quantitative traits controlled by multiple genes. The “disease-resistance genes” have additive effects and are dominantly inherited to offspring. Has developed a new anti-downy mildew resistance, cold, dry red wine can be red Zuo Youhong, strains 94-7-75,94-8-168,95-2-482 and 2002-1-135.
