目的观察口服氯胺酮用于小儿麻醉前给药的疗效观察。方法以2012年3月至2012年8月间在本院实施手术的30例患儿为研究对象,按照8mg/kg的标准将氯胺酮加入果汁饮料中让患儿服下,分别记录口服前、口服后2、5、10、15、20、25、30分钟时患儿的血压、脉搏、呼吸频率、脉搏血氧饱和度、镇静程度、患儿的情绪及不良反应,并且记录镇静起效的时间、最大镇静时间、患儿对静脉穿刺的反应及患儿对麻醉诱导的记忆程度。结果 26例自愿口服了氯胺酮,3例经胃管注入,有1例患儿经劝说后服用。口服氯胺酮作为麻醉前用药,有效率为90%(27/30,1级+2级+3级),无效率为10%(3/30,4级+5级)。平均镇静的起效时间为(10.02±3.25)min,最大镇静时间为(25.29±4.25)min。所有患儿在服药后的血压、心率及呼吸均无明显变化,患儿的血氧饱和度均在96%以上。术后随访,27例患儿对进入手术室后的一切均无回忆,2例患儿记得静脉穿刺,1例患儿记得将面罩放在口上。在服用氯胺酮后,所有观察对象均无恶心、呕吐发生。结论口服氯胺酮是一种较为理想的麻醉前给药方法,值得推广使用。
Objective To observe the efficacy of oral ketamine for pediatric anesthesia. All patients had no significant changes in blood pressure, heart rate and respiratory rate after taking the medication. The blood oxygen saturation of children was above 96%. Postoperative follow-up, 27 children had no memory of everything after they entered the operating room, 2 had venous puncture and 1 had children remember to put the mask on their mouth. After taking ketamine, all the subjects did not have nausea and vomiting. Conclusions Oral ketamine is an ideal pre-anesthetic drug delivery method and should be widely used.
