在钻进过程中,由于烧钻或其他原因造成孔内事故后,被迫先反取孔内钻杆再处理孔内遗留的粗径钻具是处理孔内事故常用的方法。众所周知,采用常规的钻具连接方法,在发生孔内事故后,要想把钻杆一次全部倒脱上来是十分困难的。所以反钻杆时不但要动用相当数量的反丝钻杆,而且还消耗较多的人力、物力、花费较长的时间。尤其是钻进复杂地层,由于孔壁不规整,钻杆头常常倒入孔壁处,拖长事故处理时间甚至报废进尺,这是常见的事。为了避免上述情况的发生,钻进时在钻杆与粗径钻具的连接处加上一个“安全”接头,便可大大简化反钻杆的工序。
