我厂一台SZL10-1.25-AⅡ组装蒸汽锅炉曾发生一次汽水共腾事故。当时水位表内的水位线急剧波动,锅炉上水后水位迅即降到极低点;蒸汽大量带水,蒸汽管道和分汽缸内大部分是水,造成用汽机台全部停产。由于及时压火停炉,未引起水冲击。 锅炉发生汽水共腾一般出于以下几方面原因。(1)锅内水位过高,主汽阀开得过快;(2)负荷增加过大、过急;(3)给水质量不良,或不按规定排污,炉水盐分增多。
