财务管理人才作为企业资金筹集、使用的管理者,对企业发展具有至关重要的作用。但它不同于会计人才和金融人才培养的成熟体系,一方面财务管理专业设置较晚,人才培养在专业定位、课程设置、实践教学等方面还存在较多问题,另一方面财务管理专业人才培养同社会需求结合的还不够紧密,对经济发展的反应缓慢,影响了人才培养的效果。笔者从财务管理专业定位入手,结合京津冀协同发展对滨海新区乃至天津财务管理人才需求的影响,从明确培养目标、细分培养方向、探索人工智能模拟实践、建立分段实习体系四个方面提出了培养应用型财务管理人才的建议。

The author starts with the specialty of financial management, and combines the influence of the coordinated development of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei on the needs of financial management talents in Binhai New Area and even in Tianjin. From four aspects: clear training objectives, subdividing training direction, exploring artificial intelligence simulation practice, Proposed application of financial management personnel recommendations.
