民兵预备役教练员队伍的现状很不适应改革的需要,主要问题是教学组织不健全,对教练员队伍缺乏长远规划,只在训练时临时抽调,仓促上阵;不少教练员素质差,任教能力低;对教练员的使用管理也不科学,影响了教学质量。如何改变教练员队伍建设不适应训练改革的状况呢?我们认为应从下述几个方面去努力:
