目的观察在Placido氏盘下调整缝线控制人工晶体术后角膜散光的疗效。方法在装有Placido氏盘的显微镜下行20例人工晶体植入术，术中在盘下调整缝线。结果有效降低了术后角膜散光，与对照组相比差异显著（P＜0.01）。结论Placido氏盘下调整缝线能有效降低人工晶体术后角膜散光。
Objective To observe the effect of adjusting suture astigmatism and intraocular lens (IOL) after intraocular lens implantation in Placido’s disk. Methods Twenty patients underwent intraocular lens implantation under the microscope with Placido disc. The sutures were adjusted intraoperatively. The results effectively reduce postoperative corneal astigmatism, compared with the control group significant difference (P <0.01). Conclusion Placido suture under the plate can effectively reduce postoperative intraocular lens corneal astigmatism.
