当前中国教育改革凸显了教育的人文性,瑜伽教育渗透了对人文精神回归的呼唤与企盼。本文从瑜伽教育中渗透的人文内涵入手,阐述了人文精神在瑜伽教育的思想基础、理论基础、文化价值中的体现,并结合瑜伽教学的特点提出了培养学生人文精神的四项对策,力求在我国努力构建和谐社会的广阔背景下,探寻出一条弘扬人文精神、提高学生人文素质的新捷径。
At present, the education reform in China highlights the humanistic nature of education, and yoga education permeates the call and expectation of the return of the humanistic spirit. This article starts from the humanistic connotation infiltrated in yoga education, elaborates the embodiment of humanistic spirit in the ideological basis, theoretical basis and cultural value of yoga education, and puts forward four countermeasures to cultivate students’ humane spirit according to the characteristics of yoga teaching, Under the broad background of building a harmonious society in our country, we should explore a new shortcut to promote humanistic spirit and improve the humane quality of students.
