1.改进的必要性为了保证安全,现代高空作业车通常设置“软腿”检测装置及臂架/支腿互锁装置。某早期进口品牌的高空作业车液压系统如图1所示。该车配有“软腿”检测装置,即在支腿上装有接近开关,只有在支腿撑地到位时,电磁阀3才会通电切换,才能进行上车动臂的操作。由于该车没有臂架和支腿互锁装置,若在臂架未完全收回时收回支腿,将可能造成高空作业车倾覆,给工作斗内工作人员带来很大的危险。这种误操作还可能因上车臂架未收回到
