提出了一种新的基于机器视觉的轨道梁晃动检测方法。该方法通过高速摄像机采集轨道梁的晃动图像,针对晃动图像的特点选择中值滤波去噪方法,并在原有Otsu法的基础上提出了一种改进的方法对图像进行阈值处理,最后采用模板匹配法计算轨道梁的晃动幅值。实验结果表明该方法能够准确、快速的检测出轨道梁的晃动幅度,为轻轨的安全运营提供保障。“,”A new method of track swing inspecting based on Machine Vision was proposed in this paper.First of all,Track swing image was acquired by high speed camera,according to the features of swing image,median filter was taken for image-denoising.Then, improved method for image segmentation based on Otsu algorithm was proposed and amplitude of track swing was obtained by template Matching.Experimental result shows that this proposed method can inspect amplitude of track swing precisely and quickly, thus can contribute to the light rail safety.
