长期以来,课堂都是教师主宰的舞台,由于课堂结构的程式化、教学内容的唯一化、教学活动的单边化、教学目标的知识化,使得教师在课堂上幸福指数得不到提升,造成了教师教学无激情,学生学习无快乐。为了有效实施素质教育,只有通过实现课堂结构的最优化、教学内容的多元化、教学活动互动化,来提升教师课堂上的幸福指数,燃烧激情、释放潜能。同时,作为语文教育工作者必须真正热爱语文、热爱课堂、热爱教育,正确把握幸福的价值取向。
