数控车削非圆二次曲线零件具有典型性、复杂性,编写加工程序较复杂,尤其是参数变量的选择不合理容易造成加工误差。研究旨在通过解析几何中的一般方程、参数方程深入分析对比,总结提出最优选择参数变量表达式及参数变量赋值的要点。以典型椭圆轮廓零件加工为例,分别以椭圆X轴(或Z轴)坐标值、椭圆极角为参数变量,利用宏指令深入浅出解读数控车削非圆二次曲线零件加工的特点和方法。通过以上方法完成零件试件加工,确定加工方法和加工程序具备生产实用性、通用性。
NC turning non-circular conic parts with the typical nature, complexity, preparation of the processing program is more complex, in particular, the parameters of the variable selection is not easy to cause processing errors. The purpose of this study is to analyze and compare the general equations and parametric equations in the geometry, and summarize the key points of the variables expression and parameter assignment of optimal selection parameters. Taking the machining of the typical elliptical profile as an example, the paper takes the elliptic X-axis (or Z-axis) coordinate value and the elliptical polar angle as the parameter variables, and uses macro instructions to explain the characteristics and methods of NC turning non-circular conic parts processing. Through the above method to complete the part specimen processing, processing methods and processing procedures to determine the production of practicality, versatility.
