为了观察 1999～ 2 0 0 1年江苏省一、二类地区健康人群麻疹免疫状况 ,对扬州等 5个市 2～ 39岁 4个年龄组 15 33人用血凝抑制 (HI)试验检测麻疹HI抗体。结果显示 :HI抗体总阳性率为 91 5 9% ,几何平均倒数滴度 (GM RT)为 16 4 2。除 13～ 15岁组抗体阳性率偏低外 ,各年龄组之间、男女性别之间、苏南苏北之间抗体阳性率和GM RT的差异均无显著的统计学意义。
In order to observe the immune status of measles in healthy population from January to February in Jiangsu Province from 1999 to 2001, 15 33 pregnant women in 4 age groups from 2 to 39 in Yangzhou were tested for HI by HI test antibody. The results showed that the total positive rate of HI antibody was 91 5 9% and the geometric mean reciprocal titer (GM RT) was 16 4 2. In addition to the low antibody positive rate of 13 to 15 years old group, there was no significant difference in antibody positive rate and GM RT between different age groups, male and female, between southern Jiangsu and northern Jiangsu.
