机床热态精度是实现现代高精度加工技术的关键问题。研究机床温度控制是提高和稳定机床热态精度的重要课题。作者新研制的以单片机为核心的机床温控仪,具有成本低、功能多、抗干扰能力强的特点,且易实现不同控制算法。结合高精度机床温度监控试验,作者提出了变增益双模控制算法,克服了参数不易调定的困难,较好地解决了机床温度控制过程中快速稳定和超调等矛盾。
The hot machine accuracy is the key issue of modern high-precision machining technology. Research machine tool temperature control is an important issue to improve and stabilize the machine tool thermal state accuracy. The newly developed machine tool temperature controller with the core of single chip microcomputer has the characteristics of low cost, multiple functions and strong anti-interference ability, and easy to implement different control algorithms. Combined with high-precision machine tool temperature monitoring test, the author proposed a variable-gain dual-mode control algorithm to overcome the difficulty of parameter adjustment, and to solve the contradiction such as rapid stability and overshooting in the process of machine tool temperature control.
