阐述了岗位绩效薪酬的概念及具体实施步骤和方法,结合疾病预防控制系统工作的实际,将岗位绩效薪酬分为岗位绩效工资、年功福利工资、奖励性绩效工资三部分。按照岗位技术含量、责任大小、劳动强度和所承担风险程度对岗位进行评价分级。明确各岗位工作内涵及要求,制订岗位说明书。运用各种评估方法,对各个岗位进行评价,确定各岗位薪酬系数或点数。根据外部竞争和内部发展需要,对薪酬进行定位和构成设计。依照在事业单位施行绩效工资改革有关文件要求,积极探索适应当前形式的经费供给机制,形成激励机制,保证疾病预防控制系统的可持续健康发展。
