职工持股曾是电力多经企业改制比较普遍的做法。在目前电网企业主辅分离改革呼之欲出的大背景下,如何正确认识和处理好辅业改制中的职工持股问题,无疑是关系到改制工作成败的关键因素之一。本文通过剖析天强管理公司积累的多个电网辅业企业改制重组管理咨询的案例,从管理顾问的角度对正确处理好电网企业主辅分离改制中的职工持股问题进行了分析。
Employee ownership was a common practice for the restructuring of electric power enterprises. Under the current background that the separation of main and auxiliary businesses of power grid enterprises is almost certain, it is undoubtedly one of the key factors that affect the success or failure of the restructuring work to correctly understand and handle the problem of employee stock ownership in the reform of auxiliary businesses. This paper analyzes the case of restructuring and reorganization management consulting of multiple power grid auxiliary enterprises accumulated by Tianqiang Management Company and analyzes the problem of employee stockholding in the separation and restructuring of main and auxiliary power network enterprises from the perspective of management consultant.
