采用铜模浇铸法制备了Al63Cu27Zn10、Al56Cu24Zn20、Al49Cu21Zn30和Al42Cu18Zn40非晶合金.X射线衍射谱图表明Al56Cu24Zn20和Al49Cu21Zn30为完全金属玻璃,而Al63Cu27Zn10和Al42Cu18Zn40为部分非晶合金.得到了合金的玻璃化转变温度(Tg)、晶化温度(Tx)以及过冷液相区宽度(△Tx=Tx-Tg),推断出zn元素的加入降低了体系的非晶形成能力(GFA).从得到的硬度值可知,非晶合金的显微硬度值高于相同成分的结晶合金.
