水力发电的需求在全世界正不断的扩大,为了满足多类顾客的需要,东芝公司进行了各种各样的技术开发。近年来,为适应大型水轮机的广泛需求,大型水轮机焊接转轮的制造技术,包括基于固有应变(inherent strain)的焊接变形分析技术,利用带传感系统的焊接机器人的精确焊接技术均已建立;而且,还开发了便用于水轮机停机的环形闸门及其控制和保护系统。同时,因愈益要求水轮机在苛刻的条件下运转,作为多泥沙河流运转的水轮机长寿命化的对策之一,为解决水轮机过水表面的抗泥沙磨损,东芝公司又开发了硬化喷镀技术。
The demand for hydroelectric power is expanding all over the world, and various kinds of technology development have been carried out by Toshiba in order to meet the needs of various customers. In recent years, to meet the needs of large-scale hydro-turbine, the manufacturing technology of welding wheel of large-scale hydro-turbine includes the welding distortion analysis technology based on inherent strain and the precise welding technology using the welding robot with sensing system. Furthermore, a ring gate, which is used for turbine shutdown, and its control and protection system have also been developed. At the same time, as more and more turbines are required to operate under harsh conditions, as one of the measures to prolong the life of turbines operating in multi-sediment rivers, Toshiba has also developed a hardening spray technology .
