冷饮品是人们喜爱的夏令食品之一,随着人民生活水平的不断提高,冷饮品的消费逐年增加。因此,加强冷饮品的卫生管理已成为预防夏季肠道传染病的一个重要环节。但是,目前检测冷饮品大肠菌群的常规发酵法操作繁锁,需要72小时才能最后获得检查结果,影响了对冷饮品及时的卫生监督。因此,寻找快速、准确、简易检验方法已日益成为食品卫生研究的重要课题。
Cold drinks are one of the favorite summer foods. With the continuous improvement of people’s living standards, the consumption of cold drinks has been increasing year by year. Therefore, strengthening the hygienic management of cold drinks has become an important step in preventing intestinal infectious diseases in summer. However, the conventional fermentation method for detecting the coliform of cold drinks is cumbersome and requires 72 hours to finally obtain the inspection result, which affects timely hygiene supervision on cold drinks. Therefore, looking for fast, accurate and simple test methods has increasingly become an important issue in food hygiene research.
