ERP和BPR是2种先进的管理思想和管理方式,是现阶段我国煤炭企业的2项重要发展战略。BPR是ERP实施成功的前提条件,而ERP的实现必须以成熟的BPR环境为基础。根据信息化环境下我国煤炭企业ERP和BPR实施的现实性经验,回归分析揭示了BPR要素在ERP实施过程中的现实性激励功能,为国有煤炭企业充分发挥BPR的平台性作用、大力提高ERP的实施绩效提供了可靠的理论借鉴。
ERP and BPR are two kinds of advanced management ideas and management methods, and are two important development strategies of China’s coal enterprises at this stage. BPR is a prerequisite for the successful implementation of ERP, and the realization of ERP must be based on a mature BPR environment. According to the practical experience of implementing ERP and BPR in China’s coal enterprises under the information-based environment, the regression analysis reveals the realistic incentive function of BPR elements in the ERP implementation process, giving full play to the platform role of BPR in the state-owned coal enterprises and greatly improving the ERP The implementation of performance provides a reliable theoretical reference.
