目的:通过采用二氧化碳激光切除疣体联合局部及肌肉注射治疗尖锐湿疣,以提高其治愈率,降低复发率。方法:80例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组采用二氧化碳激光切除疣体后局部外用重组人干扰素α-2b凝胶,4次/d,同时肌注卡介菌多糖核酸1.0 mg,每周3次,对照组采用二氧化碳激光直接将疣体组织气化后,再局部外用重组人干扰素α2b凝胶,4次/d,两组均治疗1个月后进行疗效对比,并在治疗后第0.5、1、2、3个月定期复诊。结果:治疗组的治愈率显著高于对照组(P<0.01),复发率远低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:干扰素联合BCG-PSN治疗CA治愈率高,复发率低。
OBJECTIVE: To improve the cure rate and reduce the relapse rate through the combination of local and intramuscular injection of carbon dioxide laser to treat condyloma acuminatum. Methods: Eighty patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. In the treatment group, topical rhIFN-α-2b gel was excised with carbon dioxide laser and the wounds were treated with intramuscular injection of 1.0 mg of BCG-polysaccharide nucleic acid 3 times a week for 4 weeks. The control group was treated with carbon dioxide laser Body tissue gasification, and then topical external use of recombinant human interferon alpha 2b gel, 4 times / d, two groups were treated for 1 month after the comparison of efficacy and 0.5,1,2,3 months after treatment, regular follow-up . Results: The cure rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P <0.01), and the recurrence rate was much lower than that of the control group (P <0.01). Conclusion: The combination of interferon and BCG-PSN has a high cure rate and low recurrence rate.
