以同系正常油菜为对照,用LI-6400光合仪、LI-3000A叶面积仪、SPAD502叶绿素测定仪等研究3个在生产上大面积应用的甘蓝型油菜化学诱导型雄性不育系(CIMS)光合特性的变化规律。结果表明,3个CIMS的叶片叶绿素含量、光合面积在2010-03-24-04-22期间分别比对照低4.74%、3.88%,在2010-04-27-05-16则比对照高53.64%、4.53%;CIMS净光合速率(Pn)、气孔导度(Gs)、胞间CO2浓度(Ci)、蒸腾速率(Tr)于2010-03-26-04-09分别比对照低6.58%、7.96%、4.75%、7.17%;CIMS的光合物质净合成量、群体光合速率在2010-03-27-05-07分别比对照低1.17%、1.91%。在整个生长期内,3个CIMS的叶片叶绿素含量、光合面积、气体交换参数、群体光合物质净合成量、群体光合速率变化规律与其对照基本相似。化学杂交剂对油菜CIMS的光合特性有暂时的影响,但没有改变其基本变化规律。
Using homologous normal rape as control, three large-scale CIMS photosynthetic rate-sensitive male sterile lines (CIMS) were used to study the photosynthetic characteristics of three rapeseed (Brassica napus L.) cultivars with LI-6400 photosynthesis system, LI-3000A leaf area meter and SPAD502 chlorophyll meter. The results showed that the chlorophyll content and photosynthetic area of three CIMS plants were 4.74% and 3.88% lower than that of the control in the period of 2010-03-24-04-22, respectively, and 53.64% higher than that of the control in 2010-04-27-05-16. , 4.53% respectively. The net photosynthetic rate (Pn), stomatal conductance (Gs), intercellular CO2 concentration (Ci) and transpiration rate (Tr) of CIMS were 6.58% %, 4.75% and 7.17%, respectively. The net photosynthetic capacity and photosynthetic rate of CIMS were 1.17% and 1.91% lower than that of the control at 2010-03-27-05-07 respectively. During the whole growth period, the leaf chlorophyll content, photosynthetic area, gas exchange parameters, net photosynthetic capacity and population photosynthetic rate of three CIMS were similar to those of the control. Chemical hybridization had a temporary effect on the photosynthetic characteristics of rape CIMS, but did not change its basic change rule.
