帕金森氏病是神经退行性疾病之一,神经毒素甲基苯基四氢吡啶(MPTP)可致人和动物出现帕金森病的症状和生化改变。硫化氢(H2S)已被证明具有神经保护作用。本研究使用8~10周的C57BL/6J小鼠造模。采用腹腔注射MPTP溶液(20mg/kg)的方法,每2小时1次,共4次,每只小鼠MPTP总量80mg/kg。实验动物分2大组:MPTP给药组和对照组。MPTP给药组又分空气吸入组和H2S吸入组。对照组小鼠腹腔分次注射与MPTP给药组小鼠等量的生理盐水。从给药当天开始,MPTP给药小鼠置于定制的塑料箱中,每天吸入空气或混有体积分数为4×10-5H2S的空气8h,连续吸入7d。每天
Parkinson’s disease is one of the neurodegenerative diseases.
