[目的]探讨粘虫蛾与迁飞中转地蜜源植物的营养关系。[方法]采用模拟紫云英和油菜花蜜成分的配方溶液饲喂粘虫成虫,比较两者对粘虫蛾的生殖力效应以及对其产卵前期和成虫寿命的效应差异。[结果]饲喂模拟花蜜溶液后,粘虫蛾的产卵量、产卵前期和成虫寿命与蛹重有密切关系。两种模拟蜜对粘虫蛾的生殖力效应存在显著差异。紫云英蜜配方液饲喂的粘虫蛾平均产卵量为301.4粒,油菜蜜配方饲喂的雌蛾平均产卵量为569.4粒;两种模拟蜜对粘虫蛾产卵前期和成虫寿命的效应差异并不显著。紫云英蜜配方饲喂的粘虫蛾平均产卵前期为4.8 d,平均寿命为13 d;油菜蜜配方饲喂的平均产卵前期和平均寿命分别为4.6和12 d。[结论]该研究为进一步明确粘虫成虫对蜜源植物的反应提供参考依据。
[Objective] The research aimed to discuss the nutritional relationship between the armyworm moth and the nectar plants transfered to the ground. [Method] The adults of armyworm, Mythimna separata were fed with formula solution which simulated the composition of the milk vetch and rapeseed. The effects of the two on the fecundity of the armyworm, Mythimna separata and their pre-oviposition and adult longevity were compared. [Result] After feeding the simulated nectar solution, the oviposition quantity, pre-oviposition and adult life of the armyworm were closely related to the pupal weight. There were significant differences in reproductive effects between the two moths. The average number of eggs laid in the armyworm moths fed with the solution of astragalus mongholicus was 301.4, while that of the female moths fed rape honey formula was 569.4. The ovipositing and adult longevity of the moths The difference in effect is not significant. The average length of pre-oviposition and average life span of rape honey was 4.6 days and 12 days, respectively. [Conclusion] The study provided a reference for further clarifying the reaction of adults of Mythimna separata to nectar plants.
