一、课题的提出近年来,教师的专业发展已得到广泛的重视。国内外许多专家学者、教育实践者都致力于此方面的研究与探讨。如:美国的卡内基工作小组、霍姆斯小组提出以教师的专业性发展作为教师教育改革和教师职业发展的目标,并相继发表《国家为培养21世纪的教师作准备》、《明天的教师》两个重要报告;华东师范大学顾小清博士的《面向信息化的教师专业发展研究》、成都高新实验小学桂海波《教师自我专业发展的金钥匙》等。他们都从外在力量促进教师专业的发展的角度开展研究,取得了一些成效。
