Since the second world war, the focus of the international economy has become the cross-border free flow of commodity capital and the promotion of the country to maximize its natural resources for economic development by strengthening the trend of economic globalization. As a legal summation of adjusting international economic relations and commercial activities, international economic law needs to include as much economic content as possible to expand its management. However, in the current development of international law, it ignores the realistic environmental factors. Based on the current international environment, the author forecasts the future development trend of international law and hopes to put forward new perspectives on its development and make some contribution to the development of international law.
