198 4~ 1990年定位试验 ,研究长期施用化肥、有机肥、化肥与有机肥配施对土壤中有机质的含量 ,有机质的氧化稳定性和活性及土壤腐殖质组成变化产生的影响。结果表明 ,有机肥长期单施或与化肥配施 ,均明显促进耕层 ( 0~ 2 0 cm)土壤有机质的积累 ,增加了易氧化有机质和活性有机质的含量 ,提高了 Kos值 ,使耕层土壤松结态、联结态、紧结态腐殖质含量增加 ,而长期施用化肥 ,耕层有机质增加幅度小 ,提高了难氧化有机质含量 ,使 Kos增大 ,紧结态腐殖质含量增加
