目的 探讨肌电生物反馈疗法对痉挛型脑性瘫痪儿童康复的影响.方法 将86例痉挛型脑性瘫痪患儿采用随机数字表法分为两组,各43例.两组均行常规康复治疗,观察组在此基础上联合肌电生物反馈治疗.观察12周.采用改良Ashworth量表、粗大运动功能评定量表、10 min步行距离、综合痉挛量表、踝关节被动活动度评价两组患儿的临床症状.结果 治疗后两组改良Ashworth量表、综合痉挛量表评分均显著低于治疗前(P<0.01),观察组较对照组下降更显著(P<0.01);粗大运动功能评定量表与踝关节被动活动度评分均显著高于治疗前(P<0.01),10 min步行距离显著长于治疗前(P<0.01),观察组较对照组升高更显著(P<0.05或0.01).结论 在常规康复治疗的基础上,采用肌电生物反馈疗法能明显改善痉挛型脑性瘫痪儿童的临床症状,显著提高康复效果,优于常规康复治疗.“,”Objective To explore the effects of electromyographic biofeedback therapy (EMGBFT) on rehabilitation outcome of children with spastic cerebral palsy (SCP). Methods Eighty-six SCP children were assigned to two groups of 43 ones each according to random number table. Both groups received routine rehabilitation treatment and on this basis observation group was plus the EMGBFT for 12 weeks. Clinical symptoms were assessed with the Modified Ashworth Scale (MAS),Gross Motor Function Measure (GMFM),10-Minute Walking Test (10-MWT),Composite Spasticity Scale (CSS) and Range of Movement (ROM). Results After treatment the MAS and CSS scores of both groups lowered more significantly compared with pre-treatment (P<0.01) and so did those in observation than in control group (P<0.01);the GMFM and ROM scores of both groups were significantly higher (P<0.01) and 10-MWT longer (P<0.01),and so were those in observation than in control group (P<0.05 or 0.01). Conclusion The EMGBFT could notably improve the clinical symptoms of SCP children on the basis of routine rehabilitation treatment and boost rehabilitation outcome.
