国务院日前公布《个体工商户条例》,对暂行条例进行全面修改。取消了对个体工商户从业人员人数的限制。暂行条例规定,个体工商户可以根据经营情况请一两个帮手,有技术的个体工商户可以带三五个学徒。条例取消了对个体工商户从业人员的人数限制,同时增加规定“个体工商户申请转变为企业组织形式,符合法定条件的,登记机关和有关行政机关应当为其提供便利”。 The State Council recently announced the “Regulations for Individual Business Owners” to make an overall revision of the Provisional Regulations. Remove the restrictions on the number of employees employed by individual industrial and commercial households. Provisional regulations require that individual industrial and commercial households may request one or two helpers according to their business conditions, and individual industrial and commercial households with technology may bring about three or five apprentices. The regulations abolished the restrictions on the number of employed workers in individual industrial and commercial households and added the requirement that “individual industrial and commercial households should apply for transformation into an organizational form and meet the statutory requirements, and registration authorities and relevant administrative organs should provide them with conveniences.”
