利用运动的粉末粒子的机械能冲击工件表面进行助渗铝 ,将渗铝温度由 90 0~ 1 0 50℃降低到 440~ 60 0℃。渗铝层的相结构为Fe2 Al5,铝含量 (质量分数 )约为 50 %。 80 0℃× 4h扩散退火后渗铝层变为FeAl,含铝 (质量分数 )约为 30 %。机械能助渗铝件可在 780℃以下长期使用。
Utilizing the mechanical energy of the moving powder particles to impact the surface of the workpiece to help aluminizing, the aluminizing temperature is lowered from 90 0 ~ 150 ℃ to 440 ~ 600 ℃. The phase structure of the aluminized layer is Fe2Al5, and the aluminum content (mass fraction) is about 50%. After 80 ℃ for 4h, the aluminized layer becomes FeAl and the content of aluminum (mass fraction) is about 30%. Mechanical energy to help aluminizing pieces can be long-term use below 780 ℃.
