【目的】了解宁波地区小学生营养知识态度和行为现状,为开展健康宣教提供依据。【方法】根据《中国居民膳食指南》(2008版)自行设计制定KAP调查问卷,统一培训调查员后开展问卷调查。【结果】营养知识调查结果显示被调查学生日常膳食原则相关的营养知识知晓率较高;但是膳食铁相关知识知晓率较低,仅有31.6%的学生认为“肉类含铁丰富”。营养行为调查结果显示经常吃膨化食品、饮用含糖饮料的学生分别为37.8%、40.6%;偶尔不吃早餐的学生的比例为48.9%。【结论】今后应深入加强膳食中微量元素相关知识、吃早餐重要性、肥胖和饮食的等方面的营养宣传教育工作。
【Objective】 To understand the nutritional status and behavior status of primary school students in Ningbo and provide the basis for health education. 【Method】 According to the “Dietary Guidelines for Chinese Residents” (2008 edition), a KAP questionnaire was designed and developed by itself. The investigators were trained to conduct a questionnaire survey. 【Results】 The result of nutritional knowledge survey showed that the awareness rate of nutritional knowledge related to routine dietary principles was high. However, the awareness rate of dietary iron-related knowledge was relatively low, only 31.6% of the students considered “meat rich in iron”. Nutritional behavior survey results show that students often eat puffed food, drinking sugary drinks were 37.8%, 40.6%; and occasionally do not eat breakfast, the proportion of students was 48.9%. 【Conclusion】 In the future, we should further strengthen nutrition publicity and education on dietary trace element-related knowledge, importance of eating breakfast, obesity and diet.
