In the past year or so, we focused on key national and provincial projects and commissioned 26 projects through social intermediary agencies with a total investment of 1.32 billion yuan (including financial investment 11.3 billion yuan, accounting for 86%). The project basically covered social welfare projects funded by the provincial finance in recent years. There were 24 closed-ended projects with a capital reduction of over 130 million yuan and a reduction rate of 15%.
