目的观察高山离子芥水提物对脑缺血再灌注后脑组织炎症反应的影响。方法雄性ICR小鼠随机分为模型组、假手术组、高山离子芥低、中、高剂量组和依达拉奉组。建立小鼠大脑中动脉栓塞/再灌注模型。采用HE染色法观察组织病理学变化,免疫组化法测定细胞黏附分子-1表达,比色法测定髓过氧化物酶活性。结果脑缺血再灌注导致组织病理学损伤、细胞黏附分子-1表达及髓过氧化物酶活性增加。与模型组相比,高山离子芥组组织病理学变化减轻、细胞黏附分子-1表达及髓过氧化物酶活性明显降低。结论高山离子芥水提物可改善脑缺血再灌注所诱导的炎症损伤。
Objective To observe the effect of water extract of alpine ion water mustard on cerebral inflammatory response after cerebral ischemia-reperfusion. Methods Male ICR mice were randomly divided into model group, sham operation group, alpine ion mustard low, middle and high dose group and edaravone group. Mouse middle cerebral artery embolism/reperfusion model was established. HE staining was used to observe histopathological changes. Immunohistochemistry was used to measure the expression of cell adhesion molecule-1. Colorimetric assay was used to determine the activity of myeloperoxidase. Results Cerebral ischemia-reperfusion resulted in histopathological injury, cell adhesion molecule-1 expression and myeloperoxidase activity. Compared with the model group, the histopathological changes, the expression of cell adhesion molecule-1 and the activity of myeloperoxidase were significantly reduced in the alpine ion mustard group. Conclusion Aqueous extract of alpine ion mustard can improve the inflammatory injury induced by cerebral ischemia-reperfusion.
