21世纪是文化充斥的时代,是靠文化来发家致富的时代。企业文化是企业个性化的根本体现,它是企业生存、竞争、发展的灵魂。企业文化有着制约引导激励调适员工的作用。企业文化是企业的核心竞争力所在,是企业管理最重要的内容。本文从认识企业文化开始,接着从企业文化对企业核心竞争力、可持续发展和社会主义文明建设中的作用等几个方面结合实例来论述企业文化对企业发展的重要意义。
The 21st century is a period full of culture and an era of relying on culture to get rich. Corporate culture is the fundamental embodiment of enterprise personalization, it is the soul of business survival, competition and development. Corporate culture has the role of guiding and motivating staff to adjust. Corporate culture is the core competitiveness of enterprises, is the most important business management content. This article begins with the understanding of corporate culture, and then discusses the significance of corporate culture to the development of the enterprise from several aspects, such as the corporate culture’s core competitiveness, sustainable development and the role of socialist civilization construction.
