针对热风炉燃烧系统的复杂性、参数的不确定性和非线性,结合国内外的操作经验,为该系统研制了带修正因子的自适应模糊控制器。仿真试验与实际运行结果表明,该控制器通过对废气温度变化的控制,可以在满足工艺要求的条件下提高热交换效率、稳定炉况、节约能源、易于实现。
According to the complexity, parameter uncertainty and nonlinearity of the combustion system of hot blast stove, an adaptive fuzzy controller with correction factor was developed for the system based on the operational experience at home and abroad. The simulation test and actual operation results show that the controller can improve the heat exchange efficiency, stabilize the furnace condition, save the energy and be easy to realize under the condition of meeting the technological requirements through the control of the exhaust gas temperature change.
