约翰·蒂默曼博士长期以来研究人的行为,管理过拥有四千家酒店的万豪集团,曾任利兹·卡尔顿酒店管理公司质量总监,现为盖洛普公司资深战略师。在他刚刚卸任2013-2014年度美国质量协会会长之际,上海市质量协会唐晓芬会长就把他请来为中国质量月助威。在北京,他参加了2014年全国质量月启动仪式,在北京、江西、上海三地作了演讲。在上海的演讲结束后,本刊记者对他做了专访。
Dr. John Timmerman has long studied human behavior and managed the Marriott group of over 4,000 hotels. He was Quality Director at Leeds Carlton Hotel Management and is currently a senior strategist at Gallup. When he just stepped down as president of the 2013-2014 American Quality Association, President Tang Xiaofen of Shanghai Quality Association invited him to cheer China Quality Month. In Beijing, he attended the launch ceremony of the 2014 National Quality Month and made speeches in Beijing, Jiangxi and Shanghai. After the speech in Shanghai, our reporter made an interview with him.
