目的比较克班宁(crebanine,Cre)及其脂质体的抗心律失常作用。方法分别采用氯化钡、乌头碱引起的大鼠心律失常模型,比较Cre及Cre脂质体抗心律失常作用。结果对氯化钡所致的心律失常,Cre脂质体高剂量组(5 mg·kg?1)能使恢复窦性节律鼠数、维持窦性节律至20 min以上鼠数显著高于生理盐水组(P<0.01);Cre脂质体5 mg·kg?1能使乌头碱所致大鼠VP、VT、VF、死亡时间显著延迟,与生理盐水相比,差异具有显著性意义(P<0.01);与同剂量Cre溶液相比,Cre脂质体的VF出现的时间明显延长(P<0.01)。结论 Cre脂质体对氯化钡所致的心律失常有一定治疗作用、对乌头碱引起的心律失常有一定预防作用。
Objective To compare the antiarrhythmic effects of crebanine (Cre) and its liposomes. Methods Rat arrhythmia models induced by barium chloride and aconitine were respectively used to compare the antiarrhythmic effects of Cre and Cre liposomes. Results Barium chloride induced arrhythmia, Cre liposome high dose group (5 mg · kg -1) can make the number of sinus rhythm mice, sinus rhythm to maintain the number of mice more than 20 min was significantly higher than the saline group (P <0.01). Cre liposome 5 mg · kg -1 could significantly reduce VP, VT, VF and death time of rats induced by aconitine, compared with saline group (P < 0.01). Compared with the same dose of Cre solution, the time of appearance of Cre liposomes prolonged significantly (P <0.01). Conclusion Cre liposomes have a certain therapeutic effect on arrhythmia caused by barium chloride, and have a preventive effect on arrhythmia caused by aconitine.
