人的身体就象一部机器,要想运转正常,不出毛病,就需平时注意保养。因此,一个人必须善于自我保健。现根据自己多年实践,介绍三种简单易行的自我保健方法。一、脚部保健法脚虽然是人体最远端的部分,但却与包括大脑在内的各个器官联系十分密切。它既是运行气血、联络脏腑,贯穿全身12经络的起始端,又有很多穴位,所以素有“护树养根,护脚养身”之说。脚部自我保健法一般有三种:第一种是按摩法。先按摩左脚,后按摩右脚,方法是用手掌擦摩脚心,然后再擦摩脚背。按摩时要用力适度,以产生温热感为好。这个方法没有穴位的限制,按摩面积广泛,很容易掌握。
