目的对汕头市97例疑似手足口病患者进行病原体检测及分型情况分析。方法采用RT-PCR检测97份疑似手足口病患者的咽拭子标本。结果 97份咽拭子标本中检测肠道病毒阳性63例,病毒阳性率为64.95%,其中EV71阳性19例,阳性率19.59%,占30.16%,Cox A16阳性34例,阳性率35.05%,占53.97%,其他型肠道病毒10例,阳性率10.31%,占15.87%,EV71和Cox A16的阳性检出率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论汕头地区手足口病的病原体感染以Cox A16为主,其次为EV71,也发现少量的其他型肠道病毒感染。
Objective To analyze the pathogen detection and classification of 97 cases of hand-foot-mouth disease patients in Shantou City. Methods Throat swabs from 97 patients with suspected HFMD were detected by RT-PCR. Results The positive rate of enterovirus in 97 samples of throat swab was 63.95%. The positive rate of virus was 64.95%, of which 19 were EV71 positive, the positive rate was 19.59%, accounting for 30.16%. The positive rate of Cox A16 was 34.05%, accounting for 35.05% 53.97%, and other enterovirus 10 cases, the positive rate was 10.31%, accounting for 15.87%. The positive rates of EV71 and Cox A16 were significantly different (P <0.05). Conclusion The pathogens of hand, foot and mouth disease in Shantou are mainly Cox A16, followed by EV71 and a small amount of other enterovirus infections.
