两端固支梁是工程中常用的一种结构,特别是在道路桥梁、建筑设计中应用较多。本文针对40a工字钢梁,上表面承受均布压力时的应力和变形,进行了理论分析和ANSYS有限元分析(采用了三种不同类型的单元)。通过对比结果发现,理论解和beam3的结果非常吻合,但它只适用于平面弯曲的细长固支梁;beam188考虑了剪力的影响,更接近于工程实际情况,应力与理论值的误差非常小;solid185与beam188相比,强度设计偏于安全,两者的变形值非常接近。这就为工程设计人员,在进行问题分析时,选用何种单元计算,提供了方法和参考,以便更好地进行设计。
Two ends of the fixed beam is commonly used in engineering, a structure, especially in road and bridge, architectural design more. In this paper, the theoretical analysis and ANSYS finite element analysis (using three different types of units) are carried out for 40a I-beam with stress and deformation when the upper surface is subjected to uniform pressure. The results show that the theoretical solution is in good agreement with the result of beam3, but it is only suitable for the elongated bended beam with plane bending. Beam188 considers the influence of shear force more closely to the actual engineering conditions. The error of stress and theoretical value is very much Small; solid185 compared with beam188, the strength of the design is biased towards safety, the deformation of the two values are very close. This is the engineering designer, in the analysis of the problem, the choice of what unit of calculation, provides a method and reference, in order to better design.
