通过研究交替覆合刷镀层的电化学腐蚀的基本规律,掌握了铜、镍层成对交替覆合层在NaCl溶液中的防腐性能。一方面;在铜镍用量一定的情况下保证了所沉积的覆合镀层具有很好的防腐性能。另一方面,在满足零件使用要求的前提下,制造防腐保护层工艺可以节省大量的贵重金属。
