(2013年11月20日)同志们:今天我们召开全厅处级以上干部大会,主要任务是传达学习党的十八届三中全会精神。11月15日,省委召开全省领导干部会议,传达学习贯彻党的十八届三中全会精神,对我省学习贯彻落实工作进行安排部署。11月16日,省政府召开常务会议,传达学习贯彻三中全会精神,研究我省近期工作和明年工作思路。11月17日,省委作出《关于认真学习贯彻党的十八届三中全会精神的决定》。下一步,计划明年一季度末,省委还将召开全会,对我省学习贯彻落实三中全会精神、全面深化改革出台《实施意见》,进一步作具体部署。这里,根据厅党组研究的意见,我就当前全厅学习贯彻十八届三中全会精神讲几点意见。 (November 20, 2013) Comrades: Today we hold a cadre meeting of cadres at or above the county level with the main task of conveying the spirit of the Third Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee. On November 15, the provincial party committee held a meeting of leading cadres across the province, conveying the spirit of studying and implementing the Third Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee and arranging for the study, implementation and implementation of our province. On November 16, the provincial government held a standing meeting to convey the spirit of studying and implementing the Third Plenary Session, studying recent work in our province and thinking of work next year. On November 17, the provincial party committee made the “Decision on Earnestly Studying and Implementing the Spirit of the Third Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee.” Next, it is planned that at the end of the first quarter of next year, the provincial party committee will also convene a plenary meeting to further study and implement the spirit of the Third Plenary Session of our province, comprehensively deepen the reform and promulgate the “Opinions on Implementation” and make further concrete arrangements. Here, based on the opinions of the research team of the department and the hall, I would like to make a few comments on the current study and implementation of the spirit of the Third Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee.
