叶片式气液混输泵在输送气液两相混合介质时,其扬程和效率将有不同程度的降低,下降的程度与气泡群在叶轮内的滞留状态密切相关。根据考虑速度滑差的一维两相控制体模型,对于给定的泵设计工况,推荐用含气率α和静压p作为评估泵水力性能的两个主要指标。对某设计工况下,按正交设计方法得到的6组设计方案,使用以涵盖含气率α和静压p的综合指标λ评估,可很方便地筛选出较好的设计方案。
Vane-type gas-liquid hybrid pump in the delivery of gas-liquid two-phase mixed media, its head and efficiency will have different degrees of reduction, the degree of decline and bubble group in the impeller retention state is closely related. According to the one-dimensional two-phase control volume model considering the speed slip, the gas holdup α and the static pressure p are recommended as the two main indexes for evaluating the pump hydraulic performance for a given pump design condition. Under certain design conditions, six design schemes obtained by orthogonal design method can be easily screened out by using a comprehensive index λ covering gas content α and static pressure p.
