目的 观察青春期前后包皮细胞内雄激素受体 (AR)分布的规律 ,并探讨AR在小阴茎患儿包皮细胞内表达的特征。方法 采用间接酶联免疫组化方法测定 42例不同年龄段正常人及 6例小阴茎患儿阴茎包皮细胞内AR的含量 ,并用放射免疫法对小阴茎患儿作了血清睾酮 (T)、卵泡刺激素 (FSH)、黄体生成素 (LH)的测定。结果 所有阴茎皮肤组织AR均呈阳性表达 ;正常阴茎皮肤细胞内AR的分布为 ,青春期以前AR含量处于稳定的较低水平状态 ,青春期开始明显增加 ,成年期达到高峰 ;小阴茎病例组的AR含量均低于正常阴茎各组。结论 阴茎皮肤细胞内AR含量与阴茎发育的年龄、生理功能及血中雄激素水平相关 ,小阴茎患儿的阴茎皮肤细胞内低AR含量可能与外周血中雄激素水平低有关 ,而不是小阴茎的主要病因。
Objective To observe the regularity of the distribution of androgen receptor (AR) in the preputial and precancerous lesions and to explore the characteristics of AR expression in the foreskin of small penile children. Methods The indirect immunosorbent assay (ELISA) was used to determine the content of AR in the penile foreskin of 42 normal children and 6 children with small penis. Serum testosterone (T) and follicle Stimulating hormone (FSH), luteinizing hormone (LH) determination. Results The AR of all the penile skin tissues was positive. The distribution of AR in normal penile skin cells was at a stable lower level before adolescence, with a marked increase in adolescence and a peak in adulthood. The AR content in small penile cases Lower than the normal penile groups. Conclusions AR content in the penile skin cells is related to age, physiological function and blood levels of androgen in penile skin. The low AR content in penile skin cells of penile children may be related to the low level of androgen in peripheral blood, not to the small penis The main etiology.
