目的分析了解麻疹流行规律,为控制麻疹疫情提供科学依据。方法采用酶联免疫吸附测定对2008-2011年来解放军253医院就诊的麻疹患者的麻疹流行强度、时间、年龄分布以及免疫史情况进行描述性分析。结果 2008-2011年麻疹监测系统报告麻疹154例,以散发为主,无暴发,发病高峰为5~7月份;8个月~15岁儿童占54.5%,<8个月者占12.3%;>15岁者占14.9%。结论提前对疫情进行预测,进一步加强麻疹监测,强化麻疹疫苗的基础免疫工作,提高复种率,消除免疫空白点,提高整个人群免疫水平,建立有效免疫屏障,扩大麻疹疫苗免疫接种范围,能够有效控制麻疹疫情,防止麻疹的爆发和流行。
Objective To understand and understand the prevalence of measles and provide a scientific basis for controlling the epidemic of measles. Methods The measles epidemic intensity, time, age distribution and immunization history of measles patients from 253 hospitals of People’s Liberation Army from 2008 to 2011 were analyzed by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay. Results The measles surveillance system in 2008-2011 reported 154 measles cases, with sporadic and no outbreaks. The peak incidence was from May to July; 54.5% of children aged 8 months to 15 years and 12.3% of those <8 months; 15-year-olds accounted for 14.9%. Conclusion Predict the epidemic in advance, further strengthen the monitoring of measles, strengthen the basic immunization work of measles vaccine, improve the rate of resuscitation, eliminate the immunization blank, raise the immune level of the whole population, establish an effective immune barrier, expand the scope of measles vaccine immunization, and effectively control the measles Outbreaks, prevention of measles outbreaks and epidemics.
