当前我国的公路建设在快速发展,投资规模逐年加大。而公路施工行业并不属于高精尖技术范畴,市场参与门栏低,导致建设市场供大于求,公路施工企业市场竞争日趋激烈。目前市场上的大部分企业均存在项目管理模式落后、管理手段粗放、风险控制能力差、盈利能力低下等特点。企业想要在竞争激烈的市场环境中争得一席之地,就必须建立以“财务管理”为核心的管理体系,加强企业管理,提升核心竞争力。
