随着我国高速公路建设的不断发展和公路市场改革的不断深入,建筑市场竞争越来越激烈,再加上施工企业生产经营具有点多面广、周期较长、管理开放、不可预见因素较多的特点,在这种形式下,项目利润的空间越来越小,因此,加强公路施工项目管理的成本控制,降低工程项目成本,提高企业经济效益,已成为企业的中心任务。文章客观地对公路施工项目管理进行评价,以及存在的主要问题、解决方法提出看法、合理地判定和衡量公路项目管理从而提高经济效益。
