使用化学药剂,在我场已有近二十年的历史。由于溶液混合不均以及停喷时药液后滴,单位面积着药量不一致,产生部分药害,在停车的地方,药害更为严重。过去使用我厂制造的离心泵、齿轮泵及隔膜泵,都存在这一问题。为了减轻药害,作业中只好在向液罐加液前,尽量用人工将溶液搅拌均匀,停车时分别用容器接住各喷嘴滴下的药液。这不仅不能从根本上解决喷嘴后滴的药害问题,而且劳动强度大,有毒的药液直接危害操作者的健康。我厂从1979年6月开始,在NK—600型隔膜泵的基础上,吸取了外地经验,研制了一种能完成调压、喷洒、回液搅拌、停喷回吸、气体搅拌等五种作用的调压换向阀。两年来,经反复试验及二百多个单位使用证明,效果比较理想,解决了喷嘴后滴及加液搅拌不均的问题。
